Going in summer

Your summer holiday at the Wilder Kaiser

Hiking in the Wilder Kaiser mountains is one of the highlights in Going. The trails lead to the foot of steep stone walls and across green alpine meadows up to devastated scree fields, to wonderful experiences for the whole family. But even exploring, from gently rising grassy mountains in the north of the Kitzbühel Alps, is no problem thanks to state-of-the-art gondola lifts and well-developed panoramic routes. From there you can enjoy the spectacular view of the rocky crown of the Wilde Kaiser (Wild Emperor).

But also multi-day hikes are possible in the fascinating Kaiser Mountains. In just 5 days you can hike around the impressive massif of the Wilder Kaiser, on old paths, from hut to hut. You manage 65 kilometers and about 5,000 vertical meters in the impressive nature area.
